Project scoping, including screening and prioritization
Preliminary project proposals, with preliminary measures, economics and incentive
calculations usually with one site visit and no data-collection. The site visit also helps “sell” the project.
Detailed energy analysis, including some or all of the following, depending
on the project:
- Baseline process monitoring, with our own monitoring equipment or the customer’s.
- Baseline model development, using process data to develop an annual baseline
  of the process.
- Measure selection/development, including algorithm development for controls projects.
- Measure modeling.
- Measure cost estimating.
- Commissioning procedure development.
- Incentive/tax credit calculation
- Report writing.
Site presentations, with an emphasis on addressing both the technical and management issues and removing barriers to project implementation.
Drawing review.
Peer review.
Commissioning.
Post-monitoring/Measurement and Verification (MV).
Baseline adjustment and EEM recalculation, based on M&V.
Inspection.
